Exchange Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within two working days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the two days have passed.

2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company and paying the shipping cost. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated unless the period exceeds two days from the date of receipt or if the product is not received from the shipping company for a period exceeding 5 working days, then the product will not be accepted for replacement.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer. (In the case of detailing and turning of rosaries, the sizes or shape of the testimonies and titles may differ according to the type of turning required, and the reason may sometimes be due to defects in the material such as impurities and cracks).

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s mishandling or damage due to the customs of the consumer’s country or the shipping company.

3- If two days have passed from the date of receipt or if the product is not received from the shipping company for a period exceeding 5 working days, the product will not be accepted for replacement.

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has no right to return the product provided to him from the store unless there is a defect or fault in the product provided to him or a difference in the specifications mentioned for the product. The return shall be made within two working days from the date of the product’s arrival in the customer’s city.

2- In case of payment by bank transfer or Mada cards, the return will be made within 2 to 5 working days. In case of payment by credit cards, the bank and store fees will be deducted at a rate of 5% of the total amount and the return will be made within a period of 3 to 14 working days. In case of not receiving the product from the shipping company for a period exceeding 5 working days, the return of the product will not be accepted at all.

3- The product will not be returned if the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified.
