Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for "Al-Hakim" Store

Your browsing of the store or completion of any purchase constitutes your explicit agreement and full acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, with full legal capacity. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable Saudi regulations, particularly the Electronic Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).




⚖️ First: Terms and Conditions of Use



Article 1: Legal Capacity and Customer Account

  1. The consumer acknowledges that he is at least 18 years old to have the legal capacity to conduct financial transactions and purchases.
  2. The customer is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of his account information (username and password), and bears full responsibility for any activity carried out through his account.
  3. The customer is obligated to disclose correct, up-to-date and accurate data (name, mobile, address), and the store has the right to freeze or cancel membership immediately if the data is proven to be incorrect, without prejudice to the store’s rights to compensation.



Article 2: Nature of products and specifications (specific to rosaries and lathe work)

  1. Authenticity and source of raw materials: The names of raw materials and country of origin depend on common practice and common knowledge among most hobbyists and traders, and this is a record for clarification and approximation.
  2. Natural variation: Due to the nature of the luxurious materials and the turning and detailing of the rosaries, the weights and sizes are approximate with a very slight difference, and the shapes of the tokens and ownership may vary according to the nature of the raw material and what it contains of (impurities or natural cracks), and the colors may also differ relatively from nature due to the lighting of the photography and the difference in device screens, and the customer acknowledges his knowledge and acceptance of this.



Article 3: Prices, Fees, and Taxes

  1. All prices displayed are subject to modification and update by the store management at any time. Modifications do not include orders that have been confirmed and for which the price at the time of purchase applies.
  2. The store is entitled to impose additional service-related fees (such as shipping or payment gateway fees, according to the announced policy), in addition to taxes and government fees imposed by law (such as value-added tax).



Article 4: International Shipping and Legal Liability

  1. The customer acknowledges his knowledge of the customs and tax regulations and laws of his country (in the case of shipping outside the Kingdom), and the customer alone bears any additional amounts, seizure decisions or bans on products issued by his country’s customs.
  2. The store's responsibility for the shipment ends once it is handed over to the shipping company and a tracking number is issued. The store is not responsible for any damages or delays resulting from the negligence of the shipping company or customs procedures.



Article 5: Intellectual Property

All visual materials, texts, logos, images, and product designs displayed on the Al-Hakim platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the store. Copying, using, or republishing them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.




Second: Privacy and Data Protection Policy (in compliance with the PDPL system)



Article 6: Data collected and purpose of processing

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your requests and provide our services systematically, including:

  • Basic information: Name, mobile number, email address, and delivery address (for shipping and order confirmation purposes).
  • Payment details: All financial transactions are fully encrypted and processed through secure and approved payment gateways (Mada, Visa, bank transfer), and your credit card data is not stored or accessed on the store's servers.

Article 7: Data Sharing and Protection

Third: General provisions and closing gaps

The management of Al-Hakim Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel any customer’s account, or restrict their access to the platform at any time and without prior notice, in the event of a violation of the terms of this agreement or the use of the store for illegal or abusive purposes.



Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes

This agreement, in its entirety, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, God forbid, it shall be resolved amicably. If this proves impossible, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in the city of Jeddah.



Article 11: Amendment and Partial

  1. The store management has the full right to modify or update this agreement (Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) at any time, and the modifications become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
  2. If any provision or article of this agreement is invalidated by a court order or regulation, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions and articles, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  3. Arabic is the official and sole language adopted for the interpretation and application of the provisions of this agreement.
