Exchange and Return Policy
In order to provide the best shopping experience, we allow you to exchange or return products according to the following terms and conditions:
⏱️ Timeframes and fees
- Exchange: Within two business days from the date of receipt, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
- Returns: Returns are only allowed in the event of a manufacturing defect or a difference in specifications, and must be made within two working days of the shipment arriving in the customer's city.
- Mechanism for compensating for defective or different products:
- The customer is provided with a fully paid shipping label via email or WhatsApp to print and hand over the product to the shipping company.
- The customer is reimbursed the full amount paid without deducting any fees (including shipping and bank charges) after the product arrives and is inspected.
- Financial refund fees (in other permissible cases):
- Bank transfer or Mada: Free (within 2 to 5 business days).
- Credit cards: A 5% bank and store fee will be deducted (within 3 to 14 business days).
⛔ Cases where exchange or return is not permitted under any circumstances
- If more than two working days have passed since receiving the product.
- Failure to receive the shipment from the shipping company for more than 5 working days.
- If the product has been used, or its original condition has changed, or a defect has appeared in it resulting from the customer's misuse.
- Damage caused by the consumer's country's customs or shipping companies.
- Products manufactured to order (custom-made and lathe-turned): Please note that the sizes of the rosaries, the shapes of the tombstones and ownership certificates may vary relatively depending on the type of lathe or the original nature of the raw material (such as impurities and inclusions).
⚠️ Important Notices and Declarations for the Customer
- International Shipping and Customs: The customer acknowledges their knowledge of the customs and tax laws of their country and bears any additional charges or product restrictions.
- Colors and specifications: Product colors may differ slightly from reality due to photography lighting and device screens. Weights and sizes are approximate with a very slight difference.
- Names and sources: The naming of raw materials or country of origin depends on common practice among hobbyists and traders, and is for clarification and not definitive.
- Legal age: Purchase is prohibited for those under 18 years of age.
